3. Reservations, Events, and Tastings

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce service time or result in forfeiture without refund.
• We reserve the right to modify menus, tea selections, seating, and event formats.
• Allergies and dietary requests should be communicated in advance; see Section 9.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless noted otherwise and may change without notice.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Standard bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund unless stated otherwise at booking.
• No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
• Ticketed events, limited-capacity tastings, and special menus may have separate policies shown at checkout.
• If we cancel an event or booking, you may choose a reschedule or a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Retail Products and E-Gift Cards

• Tea and food products are generally non-returnable once opened or if not in resalable condition.
• Defective or damaged items on delivery must be reported within 48 hours with proof of purchase.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash (except as required by law), and are subject to the terms provided at purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials in-store, including text, branding, logos, images, menus, and educational resources, are owned by Leaf & Sip or licensed to us. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written permission.
